please look at the following picture and try to tell me what means these letters on a common Zorki 4...

Latin alphabet, as "g" and "S" do not exist in cyrillic in any way even a bit similar looking. Odd!

I have that camera in hand (it is a friend's property)
I cerifye not fake .
Inscription is engraved.
(may be East German, Tcheck or something else ?)

Most likely, any idea where it is from? Could be to indicate owner (institute, hospital, school etc)?
