here are last "avatar" from Lubitel .
this camera is made by F. Dupuis , my freind technic prof in hight school in my Town.
this project began to make a special diving camera : He cut 2 bakélite lubitel as you can see (interesting because 2 different tripos screw diameters on each side !!!)
-the lens provide from Lub.166 (now out of order because salt in sea water unfortunatly !)
-finder was on diving box as usual.
-just missing : focus scale distances.
Franck sid me : very hard to machined bakelite : he use special Titan milling cutter at veryhight speed to avoid hight temperatures.
all parts was stack whith epoxide cement.

Beautiful Alain ... so this is the prototype CompactaLub. It should be in Vicktor's book as well. Looks fun to use!

Regards, Bill

Bravo!!!! Thank you for posting these, this work he performed is amazing! You may want to share this with Michael Kuhle, he may include this in his Lubitel book.
