The SEL-1 Synchroniser was manufactured by LOMO in order to provide sound synchronisation for the Luch-2 movie projector. The SEL-1 unit has a special 8 pin plug that plugs directly into the Luch-2. The height of the SEL-1 can be adjusted so that the tape-wheel on the top is at the same level as the spools of a tape-recorder. The complete assembly can be seen in the photocopy from the manual. The synchronisation between the tape sound and the cine film can then be adjusted using the attached remote control.
